Job Application CRUD #13

As a user, I want to be able to create, update, and delete a job application so that I can manage my job search without hassle.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Form to create a new job application
  2. User can view all applications
  3. User can update an existing application
  4. User can delete an existing application

We should create 2 tasks : front end and backend As long as we agreed to split responsibilities I can be assigned to backend

@Mykola-CI We can. You're very welcome to adjust issues and add tasks, I didn't really add tasks anywhere
