Updated website version #7

I have converted the original tex tutorial into html for the website. I have also updated the figures for BEAST2.7 (the website versions only, not for the PDF), and trimmed out some of the more explanatory content which is already covered in TTB lectures or other tutorials.

The last two commits also update the md and tex to use the SAMRCA prior in BEAUti instead of hacking in the operator.
