we're at this point where we need to write a code of conduct for meetup/slack

Still TBA, I haven't created the markdown content for it yet.

but basic bulletpoints

• Don't @channel or @here anyone in slack, or overly spam people. I'll have to update slack permissions to prevent these
• approvals for new bots? or widgets
• feel free to add your own channels or emojis and other fun stuff
• Be respectful in person
• Other standard code of conduct stuff
