Sort and label/mark all hand tools and their preferred locations. #106

Every workshop has distinct needs for hand tools and they are all around.
Some common issues are that 10 mm sockets and wrenches are hard to find.
Tools don't have a dedicated spots.
Active users should implement the best way to keep the tools in order and pursue the goal. Space elfs can help.
Document the progress and to-do steps here, also plans what to do and what not to do. Example pictures and videos are welcome.
