Sorting by enabled state is already planned. :)

Do you have an idea how the UI for multi-column sort could look like?

Some apps (only uTorrent comes to mind) allow pressing Shift on a column header to use it as a secondary sort column.

Sorting by enabled state is possible at the latest beta version.
