manifest.json doesn't need multivector fields #13

Seems like we're definitely keeping doc_ids, making multivector_enabled is redundant and multivector_method only useful for those runs. Not sure if I should adjust multivector_method.

implementing this change soon. This will break manifest.json again, so I'll need to update that file
