Note down areas to improve VINS-mono code #13

Some improvement to the code might require newer versions of cmake, eigen etc etc. Furthermore they might require rather rigorous testing on stability and performance. Therefore, if we do see certain means of improving the code, but do not have time to work on them yet, this is a space to note them down.
