fix(solid-query): Correct types for primitives

Fixes some of the type declarations for solid-query primitives

• Deprecates the suspense option on createQuery, createInfiniteQuery and createQueries
• Adds documentation on the deferStream option on createQuery and createInfiniteQuery option
• Removes deferStream option from createQueries
