Can confirm. It is also occurring in Firefox.

Edit: I found that the tooltip repositions to the right location when you scroll while hovering the chart.

No rush, just curious - any update on if (and if so, when) this may get merged in? (downgrading/sticking to 3.0.0-beta.38 for now, so no issues for me).
