[Important] d3-color Vulnerability issue. d3-scale dependency update required #343

Hi @tannerlinsley thanks for amazing library :) Can you please update dependency d3-scale:3.3.0 to latest version? There is a vulnerability in d3-color:2.0.0 which is transient dependency
