Dynamic flot file #733

Hi, I'm creating an html file dynamically with powerbuilder (for use in my 
application) and, when I try to open this file (using OLE control) the 
application fails. I tried to open the file directly with IE and it fails again 
(instead, I 've succeeded with Chrome or Firefox). Does anyone have an idea 
that could be happening?
