feat: Glassmorphic testimonials in Home page #289

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the testimonials in home page are plain white cards which does not look very appealing. testimonials

Describe the solution you'd like Glassmorphic cards can be added to that section by modifying the appropriate styling.

Hey @Tanay-ErrorCode Could you please review this UI enhancement and share your feedback? I am interested in working on this for GSSoC'24.

@The-Phoenics We do not need this. You can take up any other open issues, or open one by yourself if needed.
