Mario Kart Double Dash makes crash noise when using cheats #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start MKDD with the cheat: Unristricted kart selection

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No noise when playing the game

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
2.227 on Wii U

Please provide any additional information below.
When using the code Unristricted kart selection, the game will make a crash 
noise, but the game runs visually fine. Also the cheat works. I also used this 
cheat on the dolphin emulator and the game made no crash noise
The .gct file with the code is attachted.
