TS01 - Configure Server

I as a developer, want to configure the server for enable other developers to implement the desire functions.

Acceptance Criteries

• [x] Choose service (AWS, Azure, Firebase);
• [x] Enable other developers to access the server;
• [x] Insert server configuration informations in app settings code;

Was decided to not use a serverless application. Instead a mongodb instance will be configured and used as server.
