[x] add ability to delete all steps not associated with a recipe
[ ] delete all unused foods ?
[ ] delete all unused units ?
[x] delete all unused ingredients ?
[ ] point to management views from food/unit/recipe/.. deletion pages ?
[ ] ability to manage food only used in shopping?

Definition of unused foods and units will need to include the condition children == 0 and food used as substitute == 0 I also have some food that aren't in any recipes but are used for shopping.
