defaults to loading everything
if a table of values is passed, it only loads those elements, skins, extensions ex: tbl = { elements = { "window", "element" }, skins = { "clearcut" } } would not load extensions and load specified elements and the one skin (make sure it errors if you tell it to load something that doesn't exist)

I'm going to leave this up to the user. They can remove parts of the library they don't want loaded.
