Right now, window's have this ability, but I was thinking of implementing a similar feature on the element level. I no longer believe this is a good idea at the moment, simply because it is a situation that should only ever potentially be a problem with window elements, or something similar.

Something similar to this has been implemented for window elements on the truck-game branch.

I either broke this or changed defaults on project-foxtrot or it has diverged from truck-game's common history.
