Data Collector saves backup to external SD Card #1964

Make this configurable? If difficult, this may just be the best default place to save, fallback to internal storage if not available.
Warn user that prior backup will be overwritten.
Pluggable Flash Drive might be an even better option. Look into the ability for the app to figure out which is the best option, perhaps even show users the options, or tell them the configured option is not available and to make it so.

Does backup get overwritten each time? If yes, warn the user.

For 3.9 - save to external flash drive.
