Class module Feedback Button should depend on app-config and not config.sh #2431

When editing a form and the class module is enabled in app-config, I need to see the Feedback Editor button like in the image below

I added 'class' to T_MODULES in config.sh and created a new group in Editor. When viewing a form in this new group I see the link to the feedback editor:

This only shows up if you have 'class' enabled in T_MODULES.

Ahh I see. this setting depends on config.sh not app-config I'll keep the bug as open and move as a request to make this depend on app-config only. We cannot assume that an entire site will be dedicated to Teach, most likely it will be a mis of usage
