I expected csv file but I get csv file empty

I expected csv file but I get csv file empty #3697

Issue on tablet and/or server: server

Expected behavior

I downloaded csv file but i found it files are empty.

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

@bahaaAlrifai -- Please provide more context. There are many reasons the csv may not generate properly.
