Bug Fix: Filter out archived cases from the default results shown in #/case-home
When there are more than 10 cases on the device, the cases shown at `#/case-home" are displayed by most recently saved. This list was not filtering out archived cases. This fix adds a parameter to the search function in the search service which excludes archived cases by default.
