My 2 cents: The redcap project i'm working on enables the user to upload a CSV of form data. At first I thought this was really dangerous - such potential for mistakes - until I saw how the application does some thorough error checking and has a web interface for performing needed corrections. I have always viewed data submissions via csv as poor taste; however, when folks have dodgy internet access; being able to edit locally and upload a CSV is really sweet.
Now, if Tangerine v3 can work offline, then, well,, nevermind. this would be the best thing for content creation.
Thanks @chrisekelley - I'm copying your comment over to #804 which deals with implementing a lower barrier to entry way of editing location list other than editing JSON.
