Suggestion: a stop aging method that let teachers keep doing their job

You will reach a point where you no longer need to create new child, and that, make the teacher lose their student and their job. There should be a magical potion that make children to stop mature, forever be a child and go to school, I also like to see children trotting around, and wish for some to never grow up.
