Wandering Chef #1030

This is my second Chef I hire and whatever I do to the kitchen or where I place the sign, he wanders around after grabbing everything and does absolutely no food.

To Reproduce

  1. Kill your current Chef
  2. Hire a new Chef
  3. Follow him/her around
  4. Attempted to remove the Beetroot/Bowl crafting job and nada

This is happening on a Single Player Game

Is that steps down into your kitchen? The whole structure must be on the same floor for it to register as part of the structure. Take the door down the to cobble level and your chef will see the floor, and blocks.
