"Welcome To Tektopia!" book appears every time I open the world #1054

Describe the bug I am given a new TekTopia book every time I open the world.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Reopen a Tektopia World.
  2. ???
  3. Profit.

Expected behavior I expected to get the book once and never again.

Server/Location I was playing Survival.

If you would have searched first, you'd have seen that there are already open issue for this exact same thing. Don't create duplicate issues.
