Chef making player potatoes into villager baked potatoes

Describe the bug Chefs are making villager baked potatoes out of normal player potatoes. (may happen to several crafting recipes)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put some normal potatoes in the community storage.
2. Observe the chef picking them up and baking them.
3. When chef removes the baked potatoes, they become villager items.

Expected behavior I expected the chef to completely ignore non-villager items from the storage room in crafting recipes.

• I playing on the "what-if" 2, survival server.
• My town hall marker is at 5703, 73, -2300
• Version: 1.0.40

I also tried making a cake with all player ingredients. He made a cake, but this time it was not a villager item.

Additionally, I noticed that he used 3 buckets of milk and only got 1 empty bucket in return.
