Describe the bug

Minor villager Issues (bugs?)

Villagers hate water so much that if it rains, or they fall into a water ditch in the gardens, they will simply not move. At all. Until you break them out of the water by pushing them, they will simply stand there, going even as far as ignoring any threats.

Do guards not recognize things like spiders as threats? Was attacked in the middle of the night by a spider and the guards nearby did nothing. Nor will they go after creepers or skeletons.

A good half of my village doesn’t seem to move as soon as dusk hits. By full dark, about 20% are just standing around instead of looking for their beds.

My miners don’t go down into the mine much at all, instead they are traveling outside the gate and off to nowhere overland. They might be traversing along the tunnel line, but I’m not sure.

Lumberjacks are ignoring a huge tree farm to go out overland as well, sometimes to get wood, often not.

About a third of my leather, wool and feathers are normal, instead of being ‘villager’ items. Milk is 100% regular instead of villager, so anything that needs milk, mostly cake, are all non-villager items.

Bards don’t seem to play together. Instead I often see them facing off in the tavern, each playing their own tune.

Still have some issues with villagers ‘teleporting’ onto the roof, though, admittedly, I’ve only seen it twice.

There may be an issue with Druids refreshing the mines: as in, they don’t seem to be doing it. I’m constantly having to move the mine tokens after they go dark and inactive. This may be part of why my miners are roaming all over the fields outside the fence.

Most of my villagers appear to be unhappy, but they don’t go to the tavern, many of them aren’t sleeping, and the bards are not playing their happy tunes around town. I made two clerics, and one of them promptly walked up to a zombie outside the walls and was killed.

All the kids are skipping school. My newest crop of ‘nitwits’ all have intelligence 4 or less, and I think there was… at least 7 of them? Unsure, but it was a good crop of kids. 5 of them didn’t even rate high enough to start at level 1 when I gave them their jobs. I will keep an eye on these to be sure they actually level up.

This seems a lot for one report, but I thought a group of issues all together rather than each one alone might be easier to deal with.

Spiders, creepers, and skeletons are not threats to a village.
