Feature

When a villager reaches lvl 100 they either gain a new special skin signifying they are a max skill villager or they gain a special glowing affect. Personally I think a new skin would be cooler.

The new skin could look very similar but have an obvious feature that makes them next level.

This would make it easier to find certain villagers in villages with high population and it would also make it obvious to visitors that the village is far along.

Maybe for every 10 levels there is a new effect or skin
