FPS Lag #566

I think in larger villages people are getting FPS lag (or at least people with slightly lesser computers). A lot of people have been complaining of lag lately while TPS is perfect 20, and Ive noticed in my own village, the more villagers I add the more FPS lag I get. Im not quite sure whats doing it though, I tried putting particles on minimal but still get FPS lag. When the villagers go to bed its almost all gone though.

I don't know if it's related but I've started to notice that when my cross hair is over a villager and they are in range, that's when I get the lag.

Had the same issue, TheOneProbe caused it for me. If you have the same mod, just use alternatives.

I do have TOP as well. That might be it. Not a big enough deal for me to uninstall personally.

That’s why I uninstalled tektopia instead TOP. If you want better villages, try these mods: Minecolonies, Minecraft comes alive, Millénaire, Mo' Villages and Recurrent Complex (actually Recurrent Complex is not a village mod, but it changes them as well). Personally I stopped on Minecolonies, MCA and the Recurrent Complex.

Also, today I will try to do something with TOP, maybe it is possible to blacklist tektopia from showing in there.
