Respiration 3 bug?? #601

Describe the bug We've got 10 diamond helms in our diamond gear boxes, all with Unbreaking 3, Respiration 3. I don't believe this is the result of human interaction.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get three high level enchanters and a constant supply of diamond gear and lapis..
  2. Set them up so they only enchant diamond gear, plus sundry villager tasks, but no other enchanting.
  3. Watch what enchants are put on the diamond helms by the enchanters..
  4. See loads of Unbreaking 3, Respiration 3.

Expected behavior A more balanced selection of enchants on helms including aqua affinity and various protections.

Additional context As I said, this might be due to human interaction as Sober may have been trading away other enchants, but I don't see why he would... Also lack of Aqua Affinity may be due to being a lower level enchant and high level enchanters only enchanting high level enchants..
