Miners Don't Mine Iron #709

Describe the bug Miners pass mineable iron.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create mineshaft.
  2. Wait for Miner to mine.
  3. Examine mineshaft
  4. See error

Expected behavior The iron is mined

Screenshots iron Server/Location What If? Survival (1) Town Hall: 379/65/739 Mine: 470/39/742

Additional context Maybe tools aren't good enough
