Farmers "Freeze" untill reset #796

For an as yet unknown reason farmers will lock up from time to time and not go back to doing anything until the server resets. This is likely related to sugarcane since each farmer I have is tuned to a crop and 2 frozen farmers are in a field not their own looking at sugarcane. it is possible that it has to do with the farmland surrounding the sugarcane. Farm is at (9454,150,-5942) on the server 2019-07-26_18 52 04 they will stand like this day and night until the server resets

Also, if moved the villagers will remain locked even if moved to other buildings.

I have this issue too, always with farmers staring at sugarcane
