Child AI getting stuck #799

Describe the bug Child stuck in the sitting position until he/she wants to sit again.

To Reproduce

  1. Get child to go to school.
  2. After school child 'walks' around as if he is still sitting in a chair.
  3. This is not happening all the time, but it took me by surprise when I saw this in front of me.

Expected behavior I expected a child to have the hopping or walking animation when moving around.
