5 years ago Necromancers should be able to raise the dead villagers, too. It would destroy the gravestone and make it so you can't replace it as the body would have rotted. Or maybe don't destroy the gravestone, but turn it back into a bunch of cobble on the ground. Also, you can cure the zombie villagers in the way you do with vanilla villagers and restore your dead friends to a full healthy life, perhaps with a small penalty to their max health that also prevents them from being revived twice and leaves them with one infected hand and a dead eye.
I feel like a cool edition to the mod is that villagers will mourn a dead villager especially if they're a kid after being taught by a teacher for like 2-3 mc days they would have a connection to them, and the kids would be super sad if they're parents died and to fix this they would go every 2-3 days to a graveyard where u put headstones which is like 6 smooth stone and a book and quill, and when u right click on it the gui will ask u who u want to dedicate the headstone too, (1 per villager) the graveyard will be a mid-game structure.
