Destroyed cars #111

Hi, Thanks for your great script. I am having a problem with it though. When a car gets destroyed (lets say blown up), there are several issues. 1: the car can't be spawned at the same garage anymore 2: the car can however be spawned at the other garages one time until you run out of garages then it can't be spawned anymore 3: there is no way to get the car back or anything
