Change the logo #10

Right now, we have the official logo of hacktoberfest but a logo with a new design will be preferred

Hi here's my suggestion! I created a bot from scratch just to use as a logo for your project. Let me know if you like it I can provide images and source files, I will open a PR if you agree. Thanks.
