Greeting,

This is Rogelio from IZOOlogic,a private security company authorized to represent National Stock Exchange.

It has come to our attention that a source code for developing tool(s) were created to monitor market projection NSE and 50 other entity are going to be track for yield. We are explicitly directed to by our client omission of the script found on github repository such manner are not authorized unless you have full consent of NSE.

Hi Rogerlio,

I have developed the algorithms from scratch myself and any data used here is "Public Data" available at the NSE website which is available to the masses so I was quite surprised when I saw your message.

Could you please be more specific as to what part of my code has infringed the rights of your clients ?

All contents on the Site are the exclusive property of NSE except the third party content. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on the Site belong to or are licensed to NSE or its subsidiaries and affiliates. No material from the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, posted or distributed in any form without prior written permission from NSE. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorised use of the materials appearing on the Site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Site and avail the services provided by NSE on the Site.

NSE India is willing to protect its intellectual property rights, publicly available data on their website are covered by their own terms and conditions which does not give rights on anyone to copy nor grant the protection on Open Source data as an excuse to copy the data. Therefore it is considered a violation to source data from their website without NSE's approval.

Please remove all references to NSE India

Hi,

I will be deleting all the files in this repository as per your request and creating a new repository with files having no mention of "NSE". Let me know if that works.
