修复Windows下的标签页的显示问题以及其他的一些bug #59

fix #58 调整了创建新文件夹的逻辑，现在只有在文件夹目录下才可以创建，标签目录下无法创建。 fix #57 windows下无法打开标签页，忘了加屏蔽类。。
