[x] When giving games_id's to new players distribute players to existing games before creating new games.
[x] Try to single player games first.

May also be wise to prefer doubles games to "full" games whenever possible.

Currently commented out to prevent bugs stemming from the fact players and games aren't yet being deleted from our database (ghost tanks)
