[Enhancement] Console Logging Incoming logs

• Console Logging inside Monitor Log
  • When new logs are published they should be logged onto the server console too
  • Currently the Console logs only "Running at localhost:8080"
  • It Should also print the incoming logs
    • Like context @ publisher | {incoming log}
