Timestamps for 90s from Current time is required for the OTP Generation System.

[ Checkpoints ]

[x] Generate Current Time stamp
[x] Use UTC Timezone
[x] Generate Timestamps for next 90s [datetime -> timestamp] (w/ 1s Gap) from current Datetime
[x] Add Generator Class within Handler
[x] Use only till second precision
[x] Discard ms from timestamp
[x] Test
