Add theme file

It's nothing special, but maybe a bit lovelier than the current default :grinning:

I added a .css file to adjust the styling of the .html file. I'm not sure if it is possible, but it would be nice if the build script could be extended to allow something like --theme='dark' to allow auto-adjusting of the index.html.

I'm sure the community would happy to provide some templates.
