Add joystick module #33

According to this site 82% of browsers support gamepads. That's definitely high enough for me to make a module for it.

There is some merit to it. The HTML5 GamePad API will give some of the features needed, but not all!

I can take a peek at this in the next few weeks - maybe I can contribute to this.
