Remove dependency on grunt shell #34

expose parseCommand from moonshine's distillery module
use parseCommand to distil lua files by invoking moonshine's functions directly
remove dependency on grunt-shell and remove global moonshine install requirement from the readme

I haven't tested this on Windows yet so I'm not going to merge it in but I don't see any reason it shouldn't further improve the situation from issue #24.
