I know Antares is an American rocket. However, few people realize that its first stage is essentially Zenit tankage of different length. It was designed built by the same Ukrainian company that built Zenit rockets, has the same diameter (3.9m) and is made with the same tooling. As such, Tantares has both the first stage engines and tanks for the rocket already.
Just three parts would be required to make Antares a thing: an engine mount, a fairing and an adapter. Engine mount would be a simple structural piece with mounting holes for either two NK-15/33s from N-1, or a choice of engines from other mods like the Kistler or Angara mods. A seven 0.625m engine variant would be optional but nice, in case we ever get the Miranda engine in another mod.
A simple, slightly thick 2.5m base with a hollow center would do nicely for the fairing. A conical adapter/decoupler from slightly less than 2.5m to 1.5m would work for attaching either a Castor-30 from BDB or as a payload adapter.
