Detect subreddits with restricted submissions #72

Subreddits such as /r/Pics don't show up as closed but, in practice, are closed. Since restricted submissions is a Reddit feature, perhaps this could be detected too.

I was just going to add an issue for this too. I will look into trying to implement it.
