deleteHouse is inconvenient to use #6

It is inconvenient to delete a house as all the fields need to match an exisiting house before I can delete it. It is easy to make typos for houses with long addresses. Would be better if there was some index for the houses under a seller that could be referenced in the deleteHouse command
