Updates after testing baseline deploy w/ linux jumpbox targetting vSphere #130

@ccollicutt there was also an azure fix in here too

@jaimegag it is a functional change. When I ran it on a linux jumpbox, the --- was indented and there was an extra blank line. The other places in the scripts where this code is present has the mac and linux version, so I updated this script to match and then the yaml came out correct.

Thanks @doddatpivotal . I missed the change was on the Linux part of the conditional flow. Thanks for the clarification
