Issue Creation

The purpose of this issue is to document the process of creating detailed GitHub issues for each milestone outlined in the ASTRA Roadmap. This follows the comprehensive research and discussions with team members regarding the necessary tasks and actionable steps for the successful implementation of the ASTRA initiative.

ASTRA stands for Advancement of Space, Technology, Reasoning, and Automation, and the initiative aims to enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and foster innovation in these key areas.

Goals:

1. Document Creation: To create clear and actionable GitHub issues for each milestone.
2. Assign Responsibilities: To ensure each issue is assigned to the appropriate team member for accountability.
3. Facilitate Collaboration: To provide a structured approach that enhances team collaboration and clarity in task execution.

Specific Tasks:

1. Create GitHub Issues:

   • Create individual GitHub issues for each milestone using the finalized drafts created from the issue #41
   • Ensure that each issue is tagged appropriately and includes relevant labels for better tracking.

2. Assign Team Members:

   • Assign each issue to the designated team member responsible for that milestone.

   • Confirm that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

Next Steps:

• Once all issues are created and assigned, initiate a team meeting to discuss the overall strategy and timelines.
• Encourage team members to start working on their assigned tasks and provide updates regularly.
• Monitor the progress of each milestone and adjust tasks as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Hop on a call to someone who has access in the issue creation on GitHub if you don't have access to create the issues.
