Intro

We are in the process of creating a strong pedagogical method for our organization to give to Universities so they can prepare students for the Future of Work. Our goal is to develop an approach that can be used for multiple programs within the organization. We are currently considering combining many methods, including Flipped Classrooms, Student-Centered Approaches to Learning, Montessori schools, Forest Schools, High-Tech Approaches to Learning, Logotherapy, Existential Analysis, Inquiry-Based Learning (High Tech), Personalized Learning, and Expeditionary Learning using Internships, Trips, and Job Shadowing.

The task is to research and evaluate the effectiveness of these methods and make recommendations for the best approach to use for our program. This will include identifying potential challenges and developing strategies for overcoming them.
